National Allergy 100% Cotton Twin Mattress Protector Zippered 39x75x16

This allergy-proof, dust-proof mattress cover has been a total lifesaver for me! I'm severely allergic to dust mites, get styes and bad eye allergies, and I also have cats, so keeping my bed allergen-free has always been a challenge. Since using this cover, my nights have been so much more comfortable, and my allergies are finally under control. The cover fits my mattress perfectly, creating a snug, impenetrable barrier. The material feels durable yet soft and breathable—| was worried it might feel plasticky or noisy, but it doesn't at all. It's also super easy to clean, which is a must with cats around. What I love most is that it doesn't just keep out dust mites; it also keeps cat hair and dander from settling into my mattress. Now I can cuddle with my cats without worrying about allergens building up where I sleep. If you're someone with allergies and pets, this is an ansolute must-have. My quality of sleep and overall comfort have improved so much, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

These were easy to install onto my mattress although when zipping it up I had to be extra careful as it reluctantly zipped but I won’t be taking it off again for what I hope will be at least a couple years so that was not much of a problem. There’s not much noise to be heard when you lay on it, I just hear my sheets whispering which isn’t near as loud as my previous mattress cover was so I’m very pleased with this one. It had a bit of that new smell but it’s already gone a few days later too.

Exactly what I wanted! No heavy plastic backing so it's super breathable and quiet. I keep forgetting it's even on the mattress. I ordered a size up for the depth of bed I have. I just tucked the extra material under the mattress.

I can't believe I wasted $75 on this thing, I could have made a better one myself with a couple of bedsheets. Where to start? First I washed it because it smelled chemically when I opened the package. Putting it on was a pain, I had to shift my mattress onto the end and shimmy this down side to side, it barely squeezed on and busted a seam on one side of the zipper. When I finally got it on, the zipper foot came off because there's no stopper to prevent that, so I had to re-atrach it, then hand sew up the end of the zipper and the few inches where the seam broke. It was so tight that it ruined the plush feel of my euro top, I feel like I'm sleeping on a tightly pulled cot. Now if I want to take it off, I'm out $75 and a ton of effort for what's essentially a couple of thin sheets sewn together with too long of a stitch with a low quality zipper, and no velcro to properly seal the zipper opening. If I ever wanted to wash it again, the whole point of a washable mattress cover, it would be in shreds just taking it off and back on again.

I bought these case my son is allergic to dust mites. I think it works since his skin rash has cleared a lot since we got these. my only qualm was that you have to encase the mattress ( I didn't know that) so as I was doing this ALONE for an hour; my only thought was what the heck I was going to do if I had to wash it :P I also am not too happy about the size (it's waaay to big for my king size mattress). I believe the cover works and am not giving it the full five stars just for the reasons above (but those are my preferences)

This is an outstanding mattress encasement cover! Its a smooth, lightweight material and fit a twin mattress perfectly. The zipper works very well and it was easy to put on. I am surprised a few other reviewers had a different experience with the quality of the zipper because the zipper on mine was the best quality I’ve seen. Highly recommend this product.

I used it for more than a week and i can tell i definitely feel the difference! It was a bit of a challenge to pull through the mattress, but seems worth the effort.

This was the only product I could find on Amazon that advertised an adequately small pore size required to manage a dust allergy. This product is 2.6 microns. The fact that it’s made of cotton is a bonus as well so it’s not so uncomfortable.

Excellent product. We are allergic to dust and this product fits the bill. I would buy it again.

Best total enclosure cover. No rubberized or plasticized finishes. All cotton with extremely tight weave. No noise. Easy to install and immediately cut down on dust mite allergy symptoms even though mattress was quite new. Highly recommend this over others we looked at on-line and in stores.
