The shark bite allows for a little bit of rotation after everything is in place. This is a huge benefit in my opinion when trying to attach or disconnect the hoses. I would buy this product again.

I ve only got 1/2 inch drywall and had a time trying to make it fit so the faceplate would fit tight Tthe mounting straps portrude out to much so its hard to get it to sit flush with the back of the drywall,,,,had to dig out about a 1/4 of a inch of the back of the drywall where the straps were,,,,bad design ,,,,other than the mounting straps portruding out too much it works
