Double check your seal length. 4764 is used on same transmission.
National is a great brand. The 4765 is high quality like I expected. Unfortunately I needed 4764. They have the same inner and outer diameter. The 4764 seal doesn't stick out as far and doesn't have a weep hole. Double check the length of your original seal before ordering. My 2004 crown vic uses 4764 but could have been either one. I ordered to quick before double checking :p

These seals (National) are a good investment.
National seals are a favorite brand of mine. They are sized properly, the quality still seems to be there. I put grease on the spring before I use a mallet to install these seals, so the spring won’t be jarred out.
