The new ones came with 4 wires while my old only had two and there is not place for a 4 wire pin? 2008 sportster 1200c.

Are the leds removable?

Yes, in a way. The assembly comes out of the housing after removal of the lens. The individual leds are not removable from the plate they are assembled to.

What order do I place the wires? It seems like the turn signal and brake are the same slot. Can’t seem to get them both to work at the same time.

Your bike has run stop turn function all done by one light so with the turn being a separate light you can't do it I just left the yellow turn wire un hooked and run them like that
