Fender Classic Series Poodle Case, Stratocaster/Telecaster, Brown

Nice case for STRAT,TELE...MUSTANG style guitar. It could SMELL better.😗 Glue is LATEX based and SMELLY....takes a couple weeks to dissipate....but it is still a good case!📢

Very pretty. Good weight. Orientation is backwards from how cases are usually built.

Unfortunately this is NOT the G&G built Poodle case out of Los Angeles. Pretty sure this is an import built case with a slight nod to the poodle case otherwise if it were a G&G it would get a 5 star rating as a long time Fender supplier. If you were to compare this to the G&G side by side there would be a very obvious clear winner G&G hands down! At these prices I would prefer to get a nice Reunion Blues gig bag as the best bags on the planet or seek out the G&G. So it's just a case at a 3 star.

I love Fender products but this case came damaged and the packaging was fine. A large portion of the stitching was broken and pulled out right around the handle (see photo). Must have been packaged up damaged which is less than I'd expect when paying over $200 for a guitar case. It also says the case fits telecasters and strays but the neck divits in the inside of the case only line up with a telecaster so ill have to modify in a way to make it worm when the replacement arrives. (Didnt realize it didnt fit my strat until after I set up the return)

I really like the case. It is well-built for sure. Is it worth paying the premium for the Fender name slapped on it? Only you can make that call. I really dig the aesthetic, so it was a keeper. If you just want a good case for what it's meant for (protection) there are much cheaper options out there.

Appreciate getting case here ahead of holiday schedule. I have bought several HS Guitar cases I am a little disappointed in that I have bought economy Chinese cases for approximately $100.00 The full priced T-S "Fender " poodle case in prime form lists for $199.00. WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS: A Chicaster light luggage quality knock off. I RECIEVED A DISCOUNT TO $150.00 because the case was less than quality. 0k the quality is not of Fender G&L standards!!! I got a bargain alright. Not an AMAZON problem! The manufacturing company is of very poor quality! If you're looking for a road dog case to protect you Corona; MIJ;MIM caster . This AIN'T it.
