Bought these for my size 6 tennis shoe and it fit perfectly without cutting! I bought these to replace the soles of my tennis shoes after I washed them and the soles wouldn’t go back in properly. These are so much better! They are very comfortable and stay in place once you put them in the shoe! Double check the size before cutting because as I said I didn’t have to cut at all to fit a size 6.

Buy now! Great replacement. I used these to replace my New Balance insoles that wouldn’t stay in place after I washed them, and they feel great! The women’s medium is a perfect fit for my women’s 9.5 New Balance shoes. They feel comfortable and provide extra arch support I didn’t know I needed. Buying more pairs for my other sneakers. Pictured are the blue insoles that came with my shoes and the gray are new ones to show they are the exact same size. No cutting needed this time.

Had to retune they were to short but theu felt good to the tough .

Don’t befooled by the low price, these are quality insoles. Cushioned along the whole length of the insole not just certain places. When they wear out replace them and you feel like you have new feet. At this price I order them 2-4 at a time so I can replace them in my sneakers, my heeled ankle boots, my work shoes, every pair of shoes I’ve put them in they’ve been amazing. Easy to cut with scissors. Never gave me blisters the way some overly soft inserts do. They stay where you put them and do their job like a workhorse.

Ran an ultramarathon untrained in these. I found out I have arches that fall after running 4x4x48. Didn’t train for that either. My Achilles and plantar were trashed for over a month. So I did some research and getting inserts was the suggestion. I bought these and wore them around for a month (alternating between Dr scholls) just walking to My car and running errands to break them in. I chose to go with this for my race. They are sturdy but feel Plush and soft. During my ultra no foot pain what so ever except lace bite at the top of my ankle which is a shoe problem not insole. Make sure You take your old insole out before using these. Recommend and I am ordering more in case they stop making them lol

It is not same as shown in photo but material quality is good( premium feel as I have used it in company safety shoes). Use local shop foam sheet if you want vali for money
