Where can I get replacement lids/bottles?

No you can’t get in Tesco I have just tried , as I have lost one bottle & top and the top of my other bottle broke . I have seen on eBay but around £8 For one bottle, I’ve just ordered new blender inc 2 bottles for £20 Amazon

I have grip issues. How easy is it to line up the arrows. I'm struggling with my current one now. Thank you

If say it's fairly easy, but then I don't have grip issues? You do also have to hold the button in to blend which again isn't difficult but be aware it is a pulse blend...

Ive just tried to make a smoothie and it wont work. Bought 3 months ago and need to contact seller as wont let me contact through amazon orders.

Check you are lining up the arrow on the bottle correctly. My own grandson had the same problem and I pointed out he was not lining up the arrows before twisting the bottle on. His works fine now he is checking each time

The blades have stopped spinning despite the noise of the motor still present. Any suggestions as I've only used it 4 times.

I've not had this problem, you have to make sure the arrow on the blade attachment lines up with the main body.
