Calculus-based Physics
100 Instructive Calculus-based Physics Examples: Electricity and Magnetism (Calculus-based Physics Problems with Solutions) (Volume 2) by Chris McMullen is a good way to practice problems with a use in things that you experience in daily life. It has an answer key that is easy to follow. It is well written. I received a copy thru a Goodreads Giveaway.

Not starting off on the right foot.
Within the first couple of pages, it is apparent that this book throws numbers back in before it tries to solve the problem, which makes the solutions very hard to follow. Also on the second problem of the book it already has mixed up units (micro vs nano). Love the calculus problems book from this guy!

Beautifully worked out solutions to the workbook.
This book provides fully worked out solutions to many of the classic problems in basic electrodynamics. It requires a foundation in multivariable and vector calculus. The author does provide some review problems with fully worked solutions of this math. However, I believe it will be easier to appreciate this work if you study or review the math first. Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 on electric field integrals and Gauss's Law are beautifully done. They clearly illustrate the role of polar, cylindrical, and spherical coordinates in solving these problems. This was a hurdle for me close to fifty years ago. The explanations in this text are clearly those of a very strong teacher. I would also advise review of capacitators, resistors, and basic circuits before reading Chapters 11-14. I will try to identify primers on this subject for future reviews. The beauty of this book is that it takes on the role of teaching assistants and tutors. There is great variation in how much help any student or life learner has in studying this subject. It is always best to figure it out on your own in a workbook. Other times it is best to see the logic in a fully worked out solution. Chris McMullen deserves are thanks for a beautiful work. Physics with trigonometry is beautiful. Physics with calculus is transcendent.

I can not praise this book enough for its clear and uncluttered, no nonsense, and easy to read presentation. Excellent complement for my brushing up on scientific skills/knowledge. Chris McMullen, Ph.D has done an excellent job!

Bom texto com problemas integrados ao calculo

As a student who was previously scared of the electromagnetism exam, I bought this to bring some topics up to speed. The result was pretty impressive- 86% in the year 1 end-of-year exam. I always regretted buying this instead of the actual workbook, but this will more than suffice as revision material (but not if you work through this in tandem with the actual university course)
