Fantastic stuff, I've been taking it most nights along with magnesium and my sleep has never been better! I've always struggled to fall asleep and get restful sleep but with this I just take it in a glass of warm water about an hr before bed along with 2 magnesium tablets. Super easy to get the right dosage and for a great price! I'll definitely get mode soon when needed as so far it's not had any side effects and I've been using it for weeks.

I used to have severe problems with my sleep to a point where I've been prescribed Diazepam and zopiclones for some short term relief. This stuff is Amazing I predominantly use it for sleeping. I take 10g before bed with milk and a little milkshake powder mix well or blend it's yummy, and within one hour I simply can't keep my eyes open. But with all the other health benefits it's a win win for me. Took it now for a week I'm a changed man. Wake feeling refreshed. Zero side effects just feel great. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't expect much from this but it delivers more than most other supliments. We all need Glycine, even if you eat meat you are likely low on Glycine unless you are eating the gristle and drinking bone broth. This is vegan and vegans and veggies should certainly be mindful of glycine intake. So what does it do? Smooths skin and fine lines better than a £100 face cream, ask me how I know! Reduces aching joint pain by quite a lot in my case. This is what I see and feel, glycine however is likely doing a lot more as well in terms of improving soft tissues etc. For the effect you might want to consider taking it with a form of AKG and ensure you have enough Vit C. This truly a health and a beauty product (in my case not as effective as a paper bag but, you know, it can only do so much). It's also cheaper and more effective than many cosmetic products as well as easier to use. A scoop of this and a scoop of Ca-AKG (different sized scoops of course) in a small glass of water tastes a little reminiscent of milk. The Glycine powder looks a lot like granulated sugar and also has a sweet taste.

Seems like a really good quality pure product that helped to improve my sleep quality I didn't notice any energy changes from this supplement but I do forget help as a sleeping aid so it seems quite effective therefore for this price I would say they are good value for money
