No tempered needed
I use it for chocolate covered strawberries. It worked fine. I normally mix it with coconut oil so is smoother and more liquidity for the designs.

I don’t even think Merkens. It could be poison for all I know there is no labeling.
This product is supposed to be merkens chocolate but I have no proof that is what it is. It is on a plane unmarked ziplock. Sold with no nutritional label or product label! I don’t even think that is legal in the United States. I have no way of knowing what allergy information I need to put on the product that I will make with it. The description did not say it would come without nutritional information. There is no proof that this is even merkens. It could be cheap Wilton’s crap in that bag for all I know. It’s not an original packaging so for all I know the seller could have tampered with it. I am unable to return it. I am unable to contact the seller to tell them what my concerns are because I get sent to an AI that won’t give me an option to type a concern. Do not buy this product. You will be disappointed. I will be disputing this on my credit card.

Light weight chocolate
Best chocolate I've bought. Im a treat maker. I was looking for a chocolate that wasn't too heavy when making cake pops or chocolate covered oreos. Its thin and if you add oil based, food coloring, it should be a perfect consistency. When i use chocolate molds it doesnt break easy. I forgot to take pictures of cakepops so here's chocolate covered oreos
