Good solid item at a reasonable price / UPDATE / 2nd update
New Update: After I got a new unit on the warranty, now, 3 months later the same problem happened. Another A06 error and a dead battery. Warranty is now expired and I am stuck with a $ 500.00+ loss. They offered my a 30% discount on a new unit, but it seems they have a major design flaw, if this error appears too often in new units, and then it is dead as a doornail. As before, customer service was very responsive, but they should build better equipment with better software inside. I would switch this to a 1 Star without recommending this unit. ===================================================================================== 19 months after the purchase. This unit has performed through a hurricane and several power outages. Powered my chain saw, hand saw, charged car batteries. All without a problem. Until 5 weeks ago. I checked to see how long I could run my new chest freezer which had a max draw of about 280W when kicking in. Then I got an A06 error message. I checked online ,checked with Grecell, did the recommended thing, but to no avail. It would stay on 0%, could not take a charge via 110V or 12V. I got in touch with Grecell by e-mail, received anwers within a day, I sent pictures, provided the order No. Then I got a prepaid USP ticket, and sent the unit off. I still had all the original packing cartons. After about 10 days, my new unit arrived today. Not a scratched up old repaired unit,no, this is a brand new T1000. I wanted to post this to show that even nowadays, where there is so much scamming and fraud, Grecell apparantly stands behind their products and their listed warranty. I can highly commend this company. ================================================ Bought the item for home emergency power outages. Need to run CPAP, LED lights, TV, Laptop and recharge power banks and other USB devices. It has a nice display to show the in- and output, you can even use it to check the usage of a single device. 1000W is a lot of power, if you do not use it for anything heating (or cooling) I bought a 100W Grecell solar panel. It charges at about average 70 w. I am in Houston, the sun is pretty high and gives me max 76W. My backyard with many trees has about 6-7 hours of good sun spots. I would definitely advise to buy a second 100w panel. I like the idea of two100W better than one 200W since I can move them individually to avoid shade spots. Sofar, I am testing the first 100w panel, found out, that laying it flat down gives me more W than angle, since the sun is very high here in SouthWest Texas. Later in the afternoon I will use a slight angle to test the best results. Overall, I spent about $ 1,000.00 for 2 x 100W panels, the T1000 unit and a 30ft. extension cord. Would recommend it. The description match the results I found out.

Definite Buy!!!
Excellent, solid unit. Compact dimensions and much lighter than I was anticipating too. All of the controls were pretty self-explanatory and work as designed. The square shape makes for much easier packing and ability to move around in your car/truck unlike other popular power stations. The rubber corners makes for a mar free experience as things will get bumped around no matter how careful you try to be. It takes a quick charge (a few hours) via the nice long AC cord. The DC cord could be longer, but not sure if there are design limitations involved or not. This is probably the only negative, but I canโt really fault Grecell for this since it might work perfectly fine for others. Down to the nitty gritty, I tested it with a household floor heater which drew about 300+ watts for a rough run-time of about 3 hours. Also ran a (gigantic) Iceco VL90 ProD (95 quarts!!!) on a recent trip to Death Valley. Donโt be fooled though, it was freezing during our camp trip so I wasnโt asking a lot from the fridge. At home testing (pic 1), it took about 2 days and 3 hours to run it down to zero. But, in real world though, I ran into a problem running it the way I did. I initially plugged the Grecell into the AC plug in the rear of my 2021 4Runner (pic 2). Unfortunately, this drew too much power and tripped the circuit protection and I wasnโt charging the Grecell and the fridge soon ran the battery out. Again, not a Grecell problem, but an issue with how I had it wired. Once I figured this out and plugged the Grecell into the cigarette lighter plug (DC), it charged up quickly and ran the fridge over night no problems. All in all, itโs a great unit and works as advertised. No regrets and would buy again. Plus, at the price point when I bought it (Jan 2023) $470, itโs a no brainer. At roughly $0.50/watt hour itโs a steal compared to the established brands out there at closer to $1.00/watt hour or more. Next purchase will be solar panels to power it when the PG&E grid goes down.

Uodated
I have had this for a little while now. The power station worked great for a while. Then things went weird. The power station will be fully charged with small load, say a phone charging on it, it will just randomly turn off. When charging the unit up and having something plugged into it like my laptop, it shuts off once you plug the charge cable into it. I am trying to do the return, replace, warranty thing now. Asurion will not pick it up because it is still under manufacture warranty, go to the manufacture site and they wont handle it because it is through Amazon, go through Amazon and the seller no longer hands it. It is a loop of crap at this point for a power station that is not working and I paid for the extended warranty. Update. Seller reached out and was able to get a replacement sent out to me that seems currently to be functioning as it should. Once they picked up the ball things got resolved quickly.

Reliable and Versatile Portable Power Solution!
The GRECELL Portable Power Station 500W is a must-have for camping trips, road adventures, and emergency preparedness! It exceeded my expectations with its performance and reliability. The 444Wh capacity provides plenty of power to charge my devices, run small appliances, and keep my essential gear operational during outages. What I love most is the variety of output optionsโAC outlets, USB ports, and even a DC carport. I was able to charge my laptop, run a mini fridge, and power up my phone simultaneously without any issues. The pure sine wave inverter ensures smooth operation for sensitive electronics, which gave me peace of mind. The compact and lightweight design makes it easy to carry, and the durable handle is a nice touch. Pairing it with a solar panel (not included) was straightforward, and the charging efficiency in direct sunlight was impressive. This power station is quiet, eco-friendly, and incredibly versatile. Whether you need it for camping, tailgating, or as a backup power source at home, the GRECELL 500W is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Less than a year's infrequent use, and it has lost the ability to fully charge
This started out with great specs and performance. Unfortunately, after less than a year's infrequent use, it has lost the ability to fully charge. I thought it was the charger, so bought another charger. Nope. It will start to charge, then turn off, then start to charge again, then cut off the charging, endlessly. Same exact thing happens with voltage fed through the PV port. Can't get it charged past 62% now. Quite a lot of money spent for something that fails in a year.

Best Ever
Best for people who don't have the most reliable power. With this little thing, I can run, lights, small TV, my laptop, and charge my phone for days. (at around a continuous 50w draw it lasts around 2-3 whole days.) it has single-handedly bettered my quality of life 10 fold because now I don't have to worry about power. I can now relax and watch TV whenever I like, and keep my phone charged. This power station is also super portable (a bit heavy but not too bad with what it does). It may be a bit spendy but it is still cheaper than many competitors and I have never once had a problem with it. One thing to note though is if you plan to run anything above 100w it can get a little noisy with it's built-in cooling fan. *1 year Update* Been using daily for about a year now. Still works wonderfully. Though the charging cable did slightly melt some of the plasic in the charging port area. Hasnt majorly impacted its function though and it still charges fine. Totally worth the money for how much it has improved my life. *2 year Update* Still works, charging port is pretty damaged at this point and has to be charged with the cord being pulled up, which kinda sucks. Have also noticed some less capacity as when i first got it but that is entirely expected with age and it being Lithium. (Just a FYI, i use this DAILY and recharge every few days, so wear and tear is fully expected) also bought a new charging cord from the company website hopeing to fix my charging problem (it didnt) and the replacement was only $3, same price for any of the accesories, thats highly appreciated since some people try selling them for $75+ on ebay.

Perfect Power on the Go and at Home for unexpected outages!
Excellent power source on the go. Easy Carry, Charges everything I need and durable. I even went back and purchased the 200W solar charge panels which are a perfect addition to this power station. Its a great addition on my camping and river trips and I was even able to use it indoors at home during an unexpected power outage. I live in an apartment where I could not have done that if it were a gas generator. I LOVE THIS!!

Good for CPAP
I got the 1000 W because anything less would las 1 night for my CPAP while camping. Backstory:My 700 W of another brand would have 22% left after 1 night with humidity OFF. It would take too long to recharge with solar panels, so I would get barely about 3 hours use the next night. Sad for 700W. I had a backup for that, but it failed and won't charge. Another story. Back to this 100W guy. I tested it a few times before last night. 1st test last week: I unplugged power and tested with my CPAP only, humidity off. 5 1/2 hours use got this power station down to 93%. Okay, nice. Next night: I turned humidity on and with the typical 5 1/2 hours used, it was down to ~80%. Last night since I don't work Fridays so I could maximize sleep time for usage and have it wirelessly charge my phone: I had my phone at 58%, had my CPAP on, and chose to get the maximum events on the CPAP by sleeping on my back. The wireless charger is fast charging, like USB 3.0 speed. So keep that in mind (and it works). I got just over 7 hours usage, usual setting (4) for humidity, and sleeping on my back for just over 8 events/hour on the CPAP. I had 51% left on the power bank. So for I'd go 6 of 5 stars if possible. It will allow charging of the power bank and multiple outputs being used at the same time. Yes, that was tested. The true test is camping in 3 weeks from today 7/18/2025. I will have to do an update after that.
