I hurt my left heel a few months ago and a friend recommended a heel cup. His looked similar and maybe is the same. I ordered these and they arrived with one deformed as shown in the pictures. I only needed one, so I decided to just give it a try and didn’t mind the deformed one. Wore the heel cup for over a month without improvement and from initially using it, it seemed to make impacts WORSE. Kept using it anyway for a while and just gave up on it after that month and was surprised how much better my heel felt from just removing this thing from my shoe!!! still not better but back to the way it felt before the cup. I don’t believe this is returnable, and admittedly I should have tried when it arrived deformed, but I also thought it could be flexed back into shape. I have tried, for fun, several times and it doesn’t work. Perhaps heating it would work but I wasn’t that interested.Overall, maybe I got the wrong size (large) for my size 12 foot and >200lbs and maybe that makes it more stiff than it should be for my foot size and weight. But, the main thing you should take away is that this isn’t soft and won’t cushion your steps. If that is what you want, do not buy this!

Fit

I was turned on to a similar product years ago when I was having plantar pain as well as a bone spur in the left foot. Recently I was diagnosed (with an x-ray) with another bone spur in my right foot. I found these within minutes and ordered them right away.For a big guy I suggest you order two...two for each shoe. That is what was originally recommended by my last PT. They won't prevent anything from getting worse if you don't put in the rest, but they will help make your walking more comfortable...even in those cheapo wally-world imitation s**t shoes!

The heal cups are made from a very stiff plastic. There is no cushion, they are very uncomfortable. They are not good at all if your looking for a heal cup to lessen the impact of walking. I purchased a very similar looking product many years ago that was made of a soft rubber. They worked great. I thought I was buying a similar product based on its appearance but I was very wrong.

My daughter has Sever's (heel pain after excercise), just as I did when I was here age. I used Mueller heel cups back then and I figured we'd give these a try for her. They seem to do the trick and greatly diminish the pain she has when playing muliple soccer games in a day (although they don't eliminate it). We had tried a smaller, gel type, pad from CVS initially which worked too; but not quite as well.One thing to be aware of is that these do take up some room in her shoes (unlike the smaller gel pads). So, make sure you have some growth room if you decide to use these.

I worked in Orthopedics for 2 years and always recommended heel cups for patients with foot + heel pain or knee/hip pain from standing for long periods. I have only ever used Tulli's Heavy Duty (green) and Tulli's So Soft Heavy Duty (grey). I needed a new pair and accidentally bought these ones because I thought they were Tulli's brand. I was SOOOOO wrong... these are nothing like the Tulli's heel cups. They are a hard, flexible plastic material that is totally different than my other pairs. Tulli's are soft, squishy, and absorbant. Definitely recommend the Tulli's brand over these.

I suffered a bad bone bruise on my heel and after months I still could barely walk my foot hurt so bad. My doctor recommended these and what a relief! My foot still hurts but it takes the sting out of each step and I'm no longer overcompensating with my other foot. They fit nicely in shoes and slippers and unlike the foam ones that flatten down so quickly, they hold their shape! Will be buying another pair just for my slippers!

かかとの痛みがかなり軽減されるようです。スポーツ時にはこのプロバージョンを入れて履けるシューズに買い替えるのが良いと思います。黄色のスタンダードの方は、プロよりも高さが低い分、今ある靴にも入れやすいと思いますので、こちらは日常の靴に使うのが良いと思います。

ハイエースに乗っていて、かかとの痛みが気になり、かかとに入れるカップを探していたところ、こちらの商品に出会いました。ハイエースの運転姿勢は椅子に座っているような状態なので、足の重みがダイレクトにかかとに集中するせいか、１時間ほど走るとかかとが痛くなります。それがすこしでも軽減できるかと考えましたが、思ったよりも効果があります。本来、かかとにはある程度「肉」がついていて、クッション性を保っているのですが、その「肉」を寄せる効果があると考えています。そのことにより、かかとの負荷が軽減されていると考えます。お勧めできます。ニューバランスの2002Rに中敷きを入れた上に装着しています。

サイトで見たときは…コレ？どんなものなのか？って、思って購入しました。だが、踵にフィットして丁度いい感じです。😁
