Question 1

What is the thickness of the chain?

Accepted Answer

My hubby measured the thickness of the chain to be 1/8" wide. The chain is 36" long and has 48 teeth. It cuts well but my hubby says that if you want to take down some higher branches, it would be easier with a team of 2 people. That is just his opinion. Have a great day!

Question 2

How do I extend the saw to cut high branches?

Accepted Answer

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your question. While our pocket chainsaw is primarily designed for lower branches, we have received positive feedback from customers who have used it to cut higher branches by adding extra ropes. Please ensure that when using it for high branches, you adjust the chain position so that the cutting blades face the branch you want to cut off.

We are pleased to announce that a dedicated chainsaw designed specifically for higher branches will be available within the next two weeks. We would be happy to send you one for testing purposes once it becomes available.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. We're here to assist you.

Best Regards,
CAMPNDOOR Team
