Hi I know insulated sheets are advised but will this work even if I wont be using insulated covers to ship some chocolates in regular box?

Yes Luna Ice will do it’s Job ! But without a insulated box, Luna Ice cooling performance will be greatly affected ! As you can see form the video , the outside weather is directly affecting the temperature of the box meaning the inside is going to be cooking hot ! 
With a insulated shipping box it will prevent outside heat from getting in but also will keep the Luna ice cold IN the box meaning that -1 degree Celsius will be nice and cold around you’re chocolates, muffins, meat, perishable goods, breast milk & more ! Is this product good for my kids and husbands work launch boxes I need to keep there things cold? Also have a baby will this keep Breast milk cold?

It works great for breastmilk as that is what I purchased it for. I plan on using it for my husbands lunchbox as well. They are a good size and several of the squares can be used at a time if needed.

Question 3

Can these be used without expanding? If left flat, does this compromise the amount of time they stay cool?

Accepted Answer

If left flat and not watered they will not be any issues.
If you only water them slightly of course it will be a shorter time window that it will stay cold. For example if you need slim quick ice packs , for lunch bags or daily activities that would be to long.
Then Slim ice packs are good.
But if you want a longer lasting one the more you water and expand. The longer and cooler it will be.
It all depends on the application you will use it for.

Will this work to ship brrastmilk from texas to florida?
