HIGHLY recommend this package deal for your first purchase because it comes with FOUR coupler sets and THREE silicone bags (which are awesome). As to performance - I am a well practiced non-professional, and saw these on FB and knew I had to have them! I love them!!! What should you know: They don't come with a tip chart or any instructions of any kind. Try u-tube for that. Next you will need a double batch of frosting to practice. I had leftover by the time I cleaned up and called it a day. The frosting should be medium-firm. soft enough to squeeze but firm enough to stand up - like your normal consistency for making flowers with the regular tubes. Mine was too mushy as I read that it should be soft. Well yes it should, but no more soft than normal decorating. Now for the real problem. The couplers have tiny male-female lock & key apparatus on each side of the individual coupler. They Do NOT snap into place as they should. They just will NOT, so it is hard to get the ring to fit and keep them snug. One of the three is always trying to escape. I spent more time trying to get the bags and couplers under control than any other part of the process. Try to attach all three before filling the bags with frosting. Big mess when I filled first and tried to couple them together. Just frustrating is the polite way to put it. Never-the-less ...that is the coupler's fault, not the tips. Plus and one can probably get better with practice. No idea if other brands produce better ones. I bought two different sets and the smaller one had only one coupler and it was no better (that set was not from HOOHOME) Maybe they will improve with time. You might be frustrated at first, but I know that I am still delighted to have these and most of the problems were my own fault. A tip-chart with every purchase should be included, even if it is black and white. That's what I would do if I were the shipper, but alas, we are left to our own devices. YOU can count on these tips as high quality & the silicone bags are the easiest I've ever cleaned & I just ordered MORE! No more fiddling with paper cones, no more throwing away disposable plastic ones. Washing was so SO easy!

I was disappointed. There is no information included - no guide or cheat sheet or even any sort of labels/numbers on the tips. What is included is of good quality, but I would have chosen a different set if I'd realized what was missing.

These tips are awesome! You can decorate a large cupcake or cake with just a quick squeeze of frosting. It's so fun and easy to get the hang of. What's really cool is that the coupler is divided into three and you can create flowers in tri color! The tips are super heavy duty, so they'll last forever!

Really cute but you will need bigger popping bags as well
