I had high hopes for this pillow upon moving my 18 month old to a toddler bed, but ultimately I feel like I wasted $26. It is small and soft, the pillowcase is very cute, but a normal sized pillow and pillowcase would have been cheaper and worked just as well. My now 19 month old moves around in his sleep so much that after over a month of having this pillow, he has barely used it. If your toddler is a mover in their sleep, chances are they will slide their heads off of this tiny pillow and not even bother using it. ***EDIT**** 1.5 YEARS LATER My son is now 3 and I'm back to buy another one of these because ours has finally gotten gross enough I think it needs replaced! My son LOVES this pillow, it is his one special item that goes EVERYWHERE he goes, and it has been like this since my last review. Do I think toddlers NEED specially sized pillows? No, I still don't, but goodness my son loves this pillow!!!!!
