Are these boots lightweight? Almost like Oakley’s? I’m a driver of a howitzer and need something lightweight and comfy.

Very lightweight. Not as much as Oakley's, but garmonts are much more heavy duty. They will protect your feet more, keep them drier, sturdy, etc. Not a fan of Oakley's, all they've got going for them are comfort and lightweight. You get more from Garmonts.

I wore mine for about 5 miles in the snow. Do they allow returns for this? I need to size down.
