My daughter loved it but after one month it suddenly stopped working. Then the seller send us a replacement right away. Great customer service.

Seemed to work fine but recharged it yesterday & it would not turn off! We had to put it outside in case it started on fire 🔥 as you can imagine it is now Dead! Don’t think it deserves any stars!!

Stopped working after two months. Worked well until then. Very disappointed.Contacted seller who immediately replaced the flosser with a new one that is working very well and seems to be a newer model with included charger.

I totally LOVED the Portable Water Flosser Power Floss Water Jet for the first 30-60 days. Then, it just stopped working all of a sudden. it was fully charged, undamaged, and cared for just as the directions called for. I don't understand why this happened. But I will say that I'm aggravated that I wasted my money.

It works well, I wish that it had a button that you held while it was ejecting water and then stopped when you pulled your finger off. I keep taking it out of my mouth while it is still on and it sprays every where. I forget to hit the power button before taking it out. A little counter intuitive.

I bought this because I need it , I am wearing braces and normally after eating there is a lot of food stocked between my teeth gargle with water is not enough to remove the food stocked in between of my teeth and braces. I love this portable water flosser its is cordless and came with 4 attachments which is really great , its so easy to use and it has 3 settings normal, soft and pulse .

Ordered this product on 13 Oct and it did not even last four months. I cannot charge it and it will not operate, it appears there must be a short in the electrical system. You would expect something like this to last. My electric toothbrush is going on six years old. Do not buy this product I cannot even find where to register a complaint with the company.

I like this product a lot. However, do not use on the normal setting around gum line. I did and it separated the gum from the tooth causing an infection. Dentist said to use on the soft setting with warm water to be safe from now on. I do wish the tank was a lit larger. Have to stop and refill to finish. I still would buy it again.
