PowerGlide City+ Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner and Polisher Machine, Good Housekeeping Approved, Lightweight Rechargeable, with 8 Washable Pads

At first I thought that I had a defective new machine, inasmuch as it would not even run. However, following a telephone conversation with Jamie at customer services, he quickly diagnosed the problem, which was due to the faulty AAA batteries supplied? I exchanged these for a pair of Panasonic EVOLA batteries and it immediately ran. I hope this was the long term solution, because both batteries as supplied were not found to be low on a multimeter? However, I would like to say how reassuring it was to be speak to a UK support team, with hardly ant wait for contact. As for the machine itself, I used it for the first time today, with quite excellent results. Let’s hope that longevity is a feature, as I am currently delighted with results.

Really impressed with this little machine, its light and easy to operate and has made cleaning my hard floors so much quicker, easier and much less drying time than using a mop and bucket - kinder on the back too ! It came very well packaged with 8 pads which are machine washable and after charging the battery it was up and running within minutes - I no longer dread cleaning the floors :)

This floor cleaner cleans my laminate flooring well. You can spray and then clean and polish. Comes with different heads that are easy to clean and apply. The reason for 4 stars is that it could be faster in speed. Charges fairly quickly and doesnt make alot of noise. Lightweight and glides on the floor.

Used it to wash floors but not used for polishing yet. Found it really good & easy to use.

I have just used my Power Glide City floor cleaner and so, so delighted with it. Easy to assemble, super easy to use and manoeuvre and no trailing wires yay! almost silent in use, fantastic cleaning ability, no more spinning buckets and soapy water everywhere and you can adjust just how much water/cleaner you choose to squirt so it’s never too wet. Everything has been designed to make the job effortless. I just hand wash the pads immediately if I’m not doing a machine wash that day a they’re ready for use next time. I have very few carpeted rooms so can do all through the house in no time. Can’t praise it enough and have just ordered one each for my two daughters as a surprise😊.

Used a couple of times since recently purchased. Very pleased with product. Floors look so much cleaner than when I used hand held spray cleaner. Love it 😀

Good while it lasts. Makes mopping floors so easy and fast. Quiet operation and lightweight. Battery charging is easy and fast. Holds a charge to clean the whole house. Unfortunately they don’t last long. There appears to be a weakness in the ball and socket joint. I’ve had 2 of these machines now and both have broken shortly after the warranty expires. I’m now looking at alternatives for my third electric mop, albeit reluctantly.

This is great for cleaning floors, it won't pick up any bits but its rotating heads clean the floor really well. The polishing heads have restored the shine to my tiles and its great at polishing my TV cabinet as its so light and easy to use. Being cordless its very easy to move about and it is very quiet. I have a corded carpet and its bought that back to life as well. I'm very pleased with my purchase
