PAVOI 14K Gold Plated CZ Flat Back Earrings for Women, Cartilage Studs

I absolutely love these earrings! The flat-back design is the main reason I bought them, and it's a game changer. Traditional earring backs have always bothered me, especially when sleeping or wearing them for long periods, but these are so much more comfortable. The backs were a little difficult to unscrew the first time, but once I got them loosened, I haven't had any issues since. I personally don't find them difficult to put on. They're super cute, comfortable, and I can wear them all day without even noticing they're there. I have very sensitive ears. As a child, I could only wear 14k gold earrings or I would end up with infections. As an adult, I can tolerate more types of earrings, but my ears usually hurt by the end of the day and are sore the next day. With these, I don't have that problem at all. These are a perfect affordable option for anyone with sensitive ears, and they've given me hope that I can finally wear different styles of earrings regularly without discomfort. I will definitely be buying more!

The flat back studs make a huge difference. They don’t poke, and they’re very pretty. Well worth it. I will definitely order the flat backs again whenever I’m buying studs

These are the first studs I purchased from Pavoi with flat backs & 10/10 they are so cute! I sleep in them, shower in them, wear them every day. They were a littttllleeee difficult to put on myself but once I got a good grip, it worked out! Would probably be easier for someone to put them on for you. PAVOI once again did not disappoint! Also let me just say, if you don’t own anything from PAVOI jewelry, I suggest you get something right now! I purchase all my fake jewelry from Pavoi because the quality is absolutely stunning, does not tarnish & looks very legit! ✨

They are adorable but I am so sad they don’t work for my cartilage piercing because the gauge is too large for my hole. I’m going to try to find the exact same ones just a smaller gauge. They work great for my lobe holes but I really wanted them for my cartilage Seems like really good quality. I couldn’t quite get the backs on (yet) but I’ll figure it out eventually or have someone help me put them in.

These earrings are very pretty, but the screw back discs are too small. They’re very difficult to manipulate. After 30 minutes of trying, I dropped the flat back disk. I had to get on my hands and knees on the hardwood floor with a flashlight to find it. The small size makes it hard to manage. Even after trying for over 30 mins, no success of getting even one on. I’m a big fan of PAVOI, but PAVOI needs to make the flat backings larger. Seriously. 😒

I have EXTREMELY sensitive ears and this is one of the only brands (I’ve tried a lot!) that never bothers them! I rarely take earrings out and have some sensory issues and these are so comfortable even to sleep in with the flat backs. I have multiple pairs and they all fit great, are an awesome value, are high quality and last well despite me sleeping, showering, swimming (in chlorine), and wearing them for weeks on end! They stay secure through all of that too! The backs are little and while I don’t struggle to put the backs on I have little fingers, so I could see how someone else might need a little assistance getting the back on, but that is across the board with this style of earring. They also send you an extra back in case you lose one which is so helpful! I can’t rave about these enough!

Pretty earrings. Very comfortable, I can wear these non stop. Only time I take them out is if I fancy a change. These are my second pair from PAVOI, can't recommend them enough.

Love it! it’s small but very pretty. Wearing it for almost 2 weeks now without taking it off, it’s still sparkly and not tarnishing. Very comfortable to wear all day.
