So far, I'm in love!!!! I'm new to the kitchen since I retired and I really appreciate this product and its design. I know we've had several electric salt and pepper grinders. Though the pepper ones tend to last, the salt ones breakdown quickly. I think it has something to do with the nature of salt and its affect on machinery. I don't know. I'm not an engineer. What I do know, this product is different. A, they're very easy to fill. They look great on the counter. They're are so easy to handle, and a quick twist of the wrist, and you've released one pod and are attaching another. I also love that you can get extra pods for other herbs and spices. I grow and dry most of my own herbs, and put them into a pod and presto, I get a perfectly ground seasoning. In fact, as I write this, I think I'm going to get another pod for my Old Bay, which I use daily, and my cracked red pepper - another much used ingredient. Truly, thanks for this product. I think I saw it on was of those great invention Christmas gift lists. I can't wait to get and give them to my kids' families next Christmas.

I've been using the product now for a few months. Really like the function of this grinder. I bought multiple bases so I can have other commonly used spices and herbs ready for a fresh grind. It just works great. One hand operation to release one base and load another and to push the grind button...actually comes in handy in the kitchen...more than you might think. Love this grinder

I bought two of these grinders and both had problems. The first one stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. When I contacted customer service, they would not replace it or offer any real help. Since I liked the concept, I decided to give the product another chance and bought a new one. That was a mistake. After spending another $80, the second unit failed almost immediately — the top literally falls off during normal use. The build quality is extremely poor and clearly not designed to last. Customer service was also disappointing and unhelpful when I reached out. The only positive part of this experience was purchasing through Amazon, because I was able to return the defective unit easily. The idea behind this product is good, but the execution and quality control are terrible. I would not recommend buying this.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves them although her husband uses them more. Great size for kitchen area and great quality. This was worth the purchase. Battery last longer than expected.

Been using around a month and so far this is the best grinder ever owned, well worth the extra cost. Quick and easy to swap pods for salt, pepper or spice. The grind on pepper compared to other grinders owned is a 100 times better, not tried with spices yet but expect it to be just a good as salt and pepper.

Really like it. Super easy to use and to swap pods. I going to be honest, it is one of those buys where I after ordering though it was a bad choice, I mean I have salt and pepper mills already, but than again I said the same thing about the iPad.
