The unflavored option is amazing! I'm having zero bloat or side effects as I do with just about all other whey or plant proteins. It blends easily if you don't fill a glass to the top with liquid and then try to put in an entire scoop as one review shows. I blend it in tea/coffee drinks or with a frother or a personal blender and it never sticks to the sides. I'm impressed with the nutrition profile as it offers so much that I don't need to take so many supplements now. When I first saw this powder I watched so many reviews and people loved it. But for me it was awful. It was impossible to mix into water or other liquids. And the powder is sticky to the point residue is difficult to remove from glasses, mixers, bottles. I included a video so you could see me try to mix it in a glass, this is after other attempts off camera where the item performed even worse. I feel so bad writing this but for such an expensive product I wouldn’t have expected this. It’s possible this batch was simple bad or off as other people seem to have liked it. Disappointed because the clean ingredients really drew me to this brand.

This stuff is great tasting if you like milkshakes. If you just have a hand, whisk / frother it makes it a lot easier to mix in this product. It has minimal ingredients and is one of the most highest quality best animal proteins I’ve ever taken. I’ve recently had ACL surgery and I’ve been mixing in a scoop of it with a scoop of collagen powder and nighttime for healing. It’s giving me the protein I need to rebuild my muscles. I highly recommend this product and have gotten multiple bags and flavors.

This powder is relatively tasteless, maybe slightly sweet and is ok at dissolving in my hot tea in the morning. It's best to whisk it, the frother makes is too frothy. Whey dissolved much more easily but I became sensitive to it so this is the next best thing if we are talking about dissolving capability. I don't really taste it in my tea. Definately thought it would be gross, but I barely notice it.

So far so good. I needed to add more protein to my diet, as I am on a new weight loss journey. I made soup last night and I put a big scoop in my bowl and stirred it up. It dissolved fairly quickly and I couldn’t taste a thing. ( bought non flavored)?I was quite impressed. I read the ingredients and the quality is really good, low sugar, and the bag is pretty big. I will be reordering. Maybe I’ll try a diff flavor while I continue on my journey!
