Pretty pleased with this item. That being said, here are some details: 1. Suction is good for a small unit. Normal and high power. Easy to empty, but not a large dirt capacity. You may have to empty after each use (recommended by Shark). 2. Filter is washable... though I usually just bang it against the trash can or brush it. 3. Decent warranty: From my memory: Two years, exchangeable for a new one once in its life, and if done, the 2nd new one is warrantied for an additional 6 months (but not to exceed the original warranty length (so keep your receipt)). 4. We have 2 in the house (one for ea floor) and one did fail... the governor on the motor failed and it ran at high speed, very noisey, and while it worked, it scared the wifee... this one was returned to Costco for a refund... however, not in stock at Costco any longer, so next stop: Amazon for a replacement. 5. The tool tray and charging receptacle are convenient. The crevice tool is very useful and stores nicely with the unit when not in use. We like the product and the company... we have other Sharks in the house, but these are the ones we use the most.

This little hand held vacuum works well. Picks up a lot of dirt in small areas. The one thing I would recommend is to empty the dirt often and brush off the filter. The filter can get clogged fast. I use this in my home as well as my car. I recommend this product.

Suction just stopped after five months! I’ve cleaned out the filter. I’ve done everything in the user guide no reason why it should. Yes, I checked. It is plugged in and fully charged. No suction at all. It’s not as if it stops after a few minutes. I get absolutely nothing from the start. I just tried to suck up some cookie crumbs and all it did was push the crumbs around the table.

High quality Small capacity

Best thing I’ve ever invested my money into, size is perfect. I have it right on the corner of my kitchen counter. It’s so convenient to use and clean up crumbs with. Holds its charge really well too if I don’t have it plugged in for a few weeks. Well worth the money if you’re looking into buying one, highly recommend. I have to laugh too, my boyfriend was a little unsure about it. But he loves it as much as I do, he uses it quite a bit.

Let me begin by telling you that I have tried 12 different battery vacs and this is definitely a good one! If it didn’t have the suction boost option I wouldn’t say that. It has somewhat good suction on the normal setting, however when you increase the suction it does a much better job! There is however a negative when you increase suction. As you can imagine it draws more battery power so the vacuum will only last about 4-6 minutes on high power.However I must point out that I know someone who also purchased this vacuum and he says he gets about 10 minutes on high. As a former engineer and a consumer electronics writer, I totally understand that. Depending the battery, how it’s cared for etc, it’s possible. Just like people are different, batteries as well have different lives. This vacuum is great because it’s like an extension because it is long rather than wide allowing you to vacuum in places another battery vacuum would not. One last mention, the instructions with the vacuum instructions say to leave it in the charger all the time so it’s ready when you need it. I don’t know about that. I have a cordless phone and if I leave in the charger 24/7 I notice the battery degrades faster. What I do is leave it on the stand without it connected to AC, and charge it when the battery runs down. This is like a chicken or the egg question. Some engineers say not to do that and others say it’s okay to leave in the charger. I’m not going to sit here and write a white paper on battery storage, however you do what you want. In conclusion, this is a good battery on the high power mode and you won’t be sorry that you purchased it!

I have a robotic vacuum for the day to day, and a broom of course. But some times theres a few crumbs and some dirt and I don't want to dispatch the robot and get the broom and dustpan so opted for a handheld vac. This one is great. Takes no space to store, has a couple of decent atachments, easy to empty, and great power (plus a power boost!). Not a lot of capacity but perfect for a quick little cleanup. Also, very portable so I've used it to tidy up my car too, Really happy with this purchase

This was my 5th WANDVAC Power Pet cordless Hand Vac to buy. I love my first one so much. I bought each of my daughters one for their homes. And I had my first one upstairs in my home and I bought this one for my main level. As you can see the noise doesn’t even bother the dog and it does such an outstanding job of cleaning up. I love it and I think you will also I have no negatives to write about it.

Great machine but was surprised to find an American plug on it (then had to buy a USA plug)..had already thrown packaging away or would have returned. Also had trouble registering it with Shark as could not find model no. Hoping if anything goes wrong Amazon will honour guarantee.
