Upsides & general impressions: Hard working product that once added to the top of a power drill, blazes through set-in spots and new stains alike. Dilution aspect is simple 8:1 for stubborn stains and 20:1 for generic / newer mild staining and upholstery. My tween also loved using it, he tried it (with caution of course). It is really that simple to use! He felt energized and excited by the powerful cleaning prospect that his product offers. Downsides: (1) this product needs some muscle to withstand the “recoil” from the torque caused by pushing down hard to clean obstinate stains. Tip: you feel the torque is too much, dial back the power drill torque setting or pull back from the carpet slightly to reduce pressure downwards. (2) We had some old red Gatorade stains that were baked into the carpet that were too stubborn come off completely but they did turn pale pink and made a huge difference on how clean the carpet looked.

Amazing! Great stain removal, even set in stains. Pleasant smell. Using the round brush in my drill was challenging at first, but it scrubbed very well. In very worn carpet areas it raised the nap a bit. Worth every penny. I had become quite ill in the parking lot of a restaurant to the point they called an ambulance. Becoming extremely nauseated in my hot car all over the driver’s side-both sides of the seat, door, carpet, console, even over onto the passenger side as EMTS removed me had left quite a mess. Add to that, my car sat in full sun in the parking lot for 3 days before someone could get it removed. The temperatures were 95-100 degrees with heat indexes up to 115 degrees. The stench was horrific, and the stains were quite set. EVERYTHING, and I mean every area looks like new! Even more amazing is that my car smells fresh and there is no trace of what happened. My car sits outside in sunlight and as most of the nation these past 10+ days has experienced this record-breaking done of heat. If there were lingering odors they would have definitely shown up. NONE AT ALL! My car is 22 years old and has been well cared for, but the front section of the interior of my car look like new! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ENOUGH!

For the areas that need deep cleaning, I think I'll need to try a higher concentration than the 20:1 because I'm still noticing a few issues (that's the TBD part). On the less dirty areas, this product worked really well, and the scent is really good! My main issue, honestly, is the spray bottle that was included. The top portion didn't fit and we had to cut it to size, which is fine and easy but also why couldn't they send the right size?! Additionally, I hate the way it sprays. This is probably just a me problem, but the product is dispersed through a stream vs. a spray like in the videos. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but I noticed that the product doesn't disperse to other areas even when agitated with the brush/drill, so you really have to stream-spray the product on every square inch in order for the product to be dispersed in that area. It just seemed like this could have been made more efficient if the spray bottle wasn't trash. The bottle does include the measurements for dilution, which is handy.

This product is as advertised. I bought a used 2018 Nissan back in 2022, and it came with a stain on the ceiling, that I have not been able to get out. I even took it to someone who did car detailing, and they took the rough things out, but the ones I were embedded in the upholstery were hard to come out. One spray of this product, accompanied with the brush that attaches to your drill, and it has taken out years of stains. Highly recommend this product. The best investment I’ve ever made.

I wish I had taken a before picture but imagine markers and dirty stains all over from 2 kids. I mean it was bad and embarrassing. This stuff worked so damn fast and easy and no heavy chemical smell in fact it was a citrus smell that was lovely. I 1000% recommend. Ignore the color difference between the back and seat it’s just the lighting. The drill part is a must and I mean it took me maybe 2 minutes per chair. It took me longer to figure out the drill because I’ve never used one before lol

I got some salt pretty well ground into the carpet of my new SUV after its first Minnesota winter so I really wanted to get on top of it and I was intrigued by the idea of the brush with the drillbit. First of all there is the cleaning solution, which I mixed to the appropriate concentration and sprayed on the entire floor area from the bottle provided. The bottle only seems to have a stream setting, not a spray, which is not easy when you want to lightly coat a small area. I wound up directing a good size stream on the worst salt but covering the rest of the carpet was spotty. My leading solution sit for a little bit on the salt and then scrubbing fairly lightly with a bathroom cleaning brush I was able to do a pretty good job on the worst of the salt. I liked the idea of the drill bit but it really didn’t work. First of all it is so large, maybe 5-6” across, that it’s really impossible to get into tighter areas, which is where salt is going to collect in the first place. When I tried to use it on larger more open areas, I found that the bristles on the breast were so stiff that they would grab the carpet immediately and the drill would stop. About the only thing I could do was use the very edge in spots where I could angle the brush, which was a little bit effective but would also spray cleaning fluid up vertically from the carpet. I don’t have a good sense of smell, but I perceived really no lingering scent of cleanliness from this product. It just smells like nothing. So the cleaning product when used as described I guess works well enough but the process was not as described. I don’t know how much of the cleaning to attribute to this product versus to the carpet cleaning machine I used afterward.

I bought this product last month after going through some nice reviews as I wanted to clean the chairs for my dining table. Followed all instructions (on how to use the chemical) exactly but ended up spoiling on my chairs really bad. I am not sure if it was the brush to the liquid itself but it was a horrible experience overall. I wish I could attach some before & after pics for my chair for everyone. Totally not recommended - please avoid!

I have a dog and two kids and cloth upholstery in my VW. I have had muddy paw prints in there for months and when I saw an ad on social media I got curious. I ordered a few days ago. Delivery was quick. I was very excited to try it as soon as I could. I was amazed at the dirt that lifted out of the upholstery. The scent of the product is excellent. So excited I had to write immediately after trying. My car is now drying overnight in my garage. I know if I brought it to a shop for detailing I would have had to Pay $250-300 for a deep cleaning. So far, quite pleased! Will update when the seats are dry.

I was skeptical because I have high expectations. But this stuff works with very little elbow grease. I diluted to 8:1. The spray bottle is great for this because it has the measurements right on the bottle. I saturated, scrubbed with the drill brush and a tooth brush and blotted with Amazon basics micro Fibre cloths. You can use paper towels too. For stubborn stains I applied twice. Removed 99% of my deep set coffee and dog mud stains. Did my whole car in an hour and a half. Because you dilute it, the bottle will last a long time. My whole car used 10% of the undiluted bottle. Looks like new again. Only minor complaint is the spray bottle lid doesn't screw on tight and it will leak when it tips over. I think it's because the suction straw is too long.

Shampoo works. Brush is great. Spray bottle leaks and terrible. But the spray bottle does give you dilution rates which is a plus.
