For me it works. It’s not a drastic change but it does whiten like 2 shades lighter and the difference lasts a few weeks. I like it because it works, and it doesn’t cause me sensitivity.

Worth every penny. No pain and my teeth literally got 8 shade whiter. I have tried the major brands and my teeth would throb so bad I couldn’t even keep doing it long enough to see if it worked. My teeth look better than they have in 20 years.

It’s good, prevents cavities, my teeth are not as sensitive so maybe recovery of some enamel is possible, the whitening aspect is t really that noticeable, I even tried the strips of this same brand..

The strips adhere and stay in place so much better than Crest strips and don't bother my gums/throat. They whiten my teeth better too

I started out at a level 4 or 3 (it's so hard to judge accurately). After 2 weeks, I saw no change at all. But I did experience some tooth sensitivity! Would not buy again.
