These lift insoles fit well in my men’s size 10.5 tennis shoes. They are very comfortable, and the cushioning feels great with each step. The slope from the heel to the arch is fairly steep and only extends a few inches, which contributes to the overall fit and comfort. This design allows the top of the shoe to sit naturally across the foot without feeling tight. In lace-up shoes, it also prevents the laces from appearing stretched apart, which can be a giveaway when someone is wearing lifts. The slight indentation at the heel helps keep the insole securely in place under the heel. Compared to other insoles I’ve purchased in this price range, the value cannot be beat. I haven’t found any that perform as well as these.

Doesn’t look good took 80% of the space in the shoe it’s not even comfortable and the quantity is not good

They need to make a wider version of this. It doesn't fill the whole shoe, so it moves around and is not stable. I had to stuff a sock on the sides and back. Made it much more sturdier. Works good now. They still need to make it wider though. Until then I won't be buying any more.

I wear men's size 13 and it gets pretty close to covering the heel of the shoe. It is firm but comfortable.

So I’ve bought a few of these in the past and usually they feel like you’re wearing high heels or you’re about to slip off your heel. These don’t feel like that at all they feel completely normal also and the first night I wore them out I had a girl approached me at the bar. True story

Yeah, it raised your height. However, your shoe doesn’t stay on. Don’t buy it.
