Works for RS-422
Needed a detachable cable for an RS-422 connection. This goes to an RJ12 Keystone feed through plug in a wall patch panel. Used some 4-conductor, 22AWG on one side and 24AWG, Cat6 on the other side. Both cables crimped properly into the Necables plugs. I added a 24AWG pigtail to the plug for the 4-conductor and used it for a ground wire feed-through. Works fine. Be sure to crimp these in the RJ11/12 position of your crimp tool.

Works Great To Replace Broken Connectors
For us old people who still have land line phones, the RJ11 connectors make great replacements when the locking tab breaks off the old connector. Would recommend.
