Momentous Tongkat Ali for Women & Men, Longjack Root Extract, 400mg

Game changer. 48 yr old male avg fitness level. I've been taking this once daily at the recommended dosage of 2 capsules in the morning for 5 days now. I have more long sustained energy, more mental clarity and my libido is noticeably stronger. Great product that works. Had a slight headache the first few days but that seems to have subsided. I find my general mood is more calm and relaxed now as well. Get it..it works

I’m always skeptical of “supplements” given they’re often back by questionable studies and not certified to contain what they actually claim. With that in mind I rolled the dice on trying this and Fadogia (same brand) as often recommended to stack together. Well, I’ve noticed a difference. Haven’t had my testosterone tested, or any other labs, so this is all personal experience. I’ve legit felt different. More energy, increased libido, better workouts, I just feel better. Oh yeah, fadogia is also claimed to increase testicular size…..it does, at least in my case. The only other thing I’ve changed is adding running into my weekly routine (2-3x per week). While it no doubt has helped to a degree it can’t account for all the positive changes I’ve had. Should also mention that everytime I’ve tried to begin running in the past I’ve had overuse injuries to my knees that stopped me early into developing the habit. I’ve intentionally paced myself to avoid that this time around and so far it’s worked. I can’t assert the supplements have helped with this, but I can’t deny it either. I’d recommend any man 30+ try this, I’m 39 going on 40. It’s taken about 2 weeks for me to see a noticeable change, so at worst you’re out roughly $40 if it doesn’t work for you. I’ve spent more on less. Definitely worth trying as you may be very pleased with the results. Only possible downside I’ve noticed in the same time period is a slight decrease in quality and duration of sleep.

These are great! I even did some before and after blood work and it really does boost up your testoster in a few points. I haven't used in it for over a year and so far so good, no side effects and no regrets.

I heard about this herb from Huberman Lab podcast and gave it a shot. It worked for me in about 3-5 days after starting it. I noticed I am motivated to workout consistently and enjoy the challenge more. I got stronger and broke through plateaus in my lifts and lost fat at the same time. I feel more confident and have less anxiety when I take this. I’ve been doing cycles of 3 weeks on and 1 week off for a few months now and it seems to be working out for me. I paired taking this with eating more protein 1g per pound of goal body weight and eating at goal body weight calories and have lost weight and feeling stronger then ever. It supposedly doesn’t effect your bodies ability to provide it’s own testosterone but I haven’t checked my test before or after. I recommend this product if your goal is to get stronger and enjoy working out and if you’ve done your research with the studies that have been done on this product.

I've been using this product for over a year and with the confirmation of blood work, I can honestly say my hormone levels have been optional. Momentous Tongat Ali will stay a part of my regular regimen.

This product is great and it works! I have it on monthly subscription! But has anyone noticed it runs out in 25 days! It seems like it only has 50 capsules in it ! I have noticed it twice now! U guys need to fix this!
