can i stick them on the ceiling?

This is mochi squishies, not sticky balls, can not stick them on the ceiling.

are they random eatch time you buy?

Yes, many different ones in the second set from the first set I purchased. Nice variety!

Would this be a good product in a law, legal or mediation practice, for emotionally abused children to give away to them?

Absolutely NOT! They come with penis shaped ones . It’s disturbing. If you go through the reviews you see several people received them . Very disheartening when we are buying these for gifts . I would say look elsewhere .
