"Old rosy" is a lovely, subdued color as shown. The fabric is very soft and has a nice, subdued striping - narrow and varied so it doesn't look like a striped scarf and yet has a texture to it that belays the fact that it's polyester. It wraps well, isn't slippery. I wasn't sure how to rate it on sheerness. Five stars for being what I want, but perhaps you'll want a scarf that's sheerer or more opaque, so I threw in four stars. It is sheer enough that if I lay it over a print, I can see that there is, in fact, a print below it. But if I double the scarf, I can't see the print below it. Same with dark hair - a single layer of the fabric shows something dark is beneath it, but doubling the scarf hides what's below. Nice plus: The label is attached to the scarf with a low-tack glue that lets you peel the label off without disturbing the threads beneath it. No stitches to unpick! It is sized as promised.

I use these scarves for head wraps. They're perfect for summer as the fabric is very light weight. They are so comfortable and I wear them all the time. The fabric is incredibly soft. The colors aren't vibrant so they are easy to coordinate, they go well with casual outfits but are nice enough for dressing up too. They are large enough to cover all of my hair with a few pleats in the front and enough leftover to make an accent twist around my bun. The lighter colors especially might be sheer enough to see through if wrapped in a single layer. I love these and have them in several colors.

Lovely color and very nice material. Softer than it looks, thin but warm. Light weight and easy to stash in my purse for chilly theaters.

This scarf really is amazingly soft and looks so so beautiful!! I will definitely be ordering more in other colors. I really am impressed with the quality and color! It is well made but very delicate. The first time I wore it, I used a safety pin and that created a tear in the fabric. Straight pins are fine though!

Been sick so haven't been up on reviews, just trying to catch up. This scarf is beautifully light. Love the color, love the texture, love the weight. It's been summer here and this isn't too heavy. I always wear scarves so light-weight is nice in the heat. It helps to keep the sun off of your hair and face, neck and shoulders too. I'm in Central California and it's hot, dry, sunny and in a drought; I need all the sun protection I can get. I bought this one and an off white one and they are beautiful together. I have quite a few scarves and this is one of my constant go-to's. Be careful when the wind blows, it can pick it up and carry it off your head. #AskMeHowIKnow

Lovely scarf, but NOT RAYON as advertised. It's very soft and lightweight. Feels like silk, but I know it will pill up and snag with wear because it is 70% polyester (plastic). See pic for the proof of the fiber content. I'm returning it, but if you don't care about fiber content, you will probably love it. ☺️

We've all seen the sheer scarf on social media, that runs for over $100. This is an absolutely beautiful and much more affordable alternative. It is sheer, yet it does provide a bit of warmth for chilly evenings. I use it for everything from a coverup over an evening dress, to wearing on a plane for a bit of warmth. It is high quality and the color is gorgeous. Going to order more of these!

This scarf is very soft, quite large and I love the steel blue color. It came well packaged and did not need ironing. For the price, it is a great value. I will be getting other colors also.
