Hi,First impression is that this does what I expected. I would like it to be a little more flexible, but it is holding its shape when I move it. Shipped well, good packaging. It should do the job I want just fine, which is to hang it on the steering wheel when I have to wait in my car. Maybe use in bed so I can lie down and watch with out using hands. The padding at the end is soft enough. Will update later.

Great invention, works great. Easy to use and very comfortable. Not the best comfort for long term while lying down but great sitting up. I had shoulder surgery and this item is very useful.

Update# 2: After exchanging emails with a representative with the company explaining the below mathematical logic of the product dimensions not supporting an 8.7" wide iPad Pro, yet supposedly accommodating phones and tablets from 4"-10", I received an email from a representative from the company indicating that she understood what I was referring to and how it could lead to confusion. She indicated that they would be updating the product description so that it accurately reflects how far the extender portion of the product will stretch. Based solely on that, I have decided to upgrade my previous review from 1 star to 3 stars because of her professionalism, understanding what caused the problem and having the solution to fix it for future customers.Update: I was contacted by the company in an attempt to explain how a product that says it will accommodate a device up to between 4" to 10" doesn't actually do so. She attempted to tell me that the iPad Pro doesn't fit because it's dimensions are incompatible with the product because the extender does not actually extend to 10". She pointed out the dimensions my iPad Pro (12" height x 8.7" width x .027" thickness) was too big... which is completely flawed logic as the width of the iPad Pro is 8.7", therefore well below the 10" that the product allegedly supports. In my response to her, I pointed out that a logical and reasonable person would take the statement that the product would accommodate phones and tablets between 4" and 10" to mean that the extender would actually extend enough to hold something that is below 10". Her email focused solely on the height (12") and disregarded the width (8.7"). By the width alone, the product should work if it claims to hold phones and tablets between 4" and 10". Suffice it to say, I'm returning the product as the claim that it will accommodate a device up to 10" is false and misleading since the extender doesn't actually extend the full 10".Absolutely false and misleading. The box and the description of the product says it will hold up to 10” (which the iPad Pro is 8.7” wide), but it doesn’t hold 10” at all. The holder doesn’t stretch past about 7.5”. The only reason I bought it was because it would hold the width of the 2015 iPad Pro and it definitely does not. I’ll be returning this and advising Amazon that the description, as well as the box, are completely inaccurate.

I really like using this for hands-free by phone Access.It’s a little bit hard to clip it on the phone sometimes. The only thing I don’t like is that the arm on one side keeps popping out. I intend to glue it in place so that this won’t happen anymore. I will continue to use it because it’s very convenient.

I previously wrote, "It’s a little uncomfortable after a while hanging on my neck. I feel the arms should be padded too." and 2 months after I purchased, the head broke right off the arm. Did not drop it, or misuse it, simply readjusting the angle and it snapped right off in my hand. Don't buy this!

Love it ! I use my phone a lot and now I don’t have to hold my phone. It also works with my moms iPad just pay attention to the size it can hold

Since this will only hold a cell phone in the vertical position because the clamps are too wide to hold it horizontally, it stops you from being able to charge the phone or plug anything into it. It's ok for a tablet, etc. I won't purchase again. I recommend buying a holder that will clamp to the phone horizontally. I have both types.

Better than I had expected. Very sturdy. Glad I didn't buy the cheap one.

Love this! Mine came as black not yellow so liked it even more. I have Samsung Note 10 Plus and it fits great. I can offset where the phone sits in the holder so can actually take a pic or video of what's in front of me. Comfortable but need to bend it a bit so you don't get neck strain. Would be nice if it was a bit longer just for how high I want my phone to sit. Use it often while multitasking. It's very sturdy.

It was very useful the first day, but broke the second time I used it!

My mom was complaining that her neck started hurting because she was looking down at her phone too much. She was asking if there was a product that I could order for that. I looked around and found this. It seemed ridiculous but it looked like it would fit the bill.After it arrived I noticed that the device was quite sturdy. The wires that connect to the cell phone holder are malleable which is convenient. My mom says she uses it regularly now and doesn't have too much neck pain now which is great.
