Im not doctor, and I cant say anything for anyone else, but these seem to help me focus for work. I have inattentive ADHD and I feel like this supplement helps me. I try not to go without it. I feel like it took a while for me to feel the full effects, but it works really well for me. It also doesn't taste bad, but if you burp a lot, you may taste a mushroom taste. Overall, I love this supplement.

I enjoy taking these supplements, the mushroom extract is exceptionally good for several aspects of well being. I dont know how to really explain it but it does absolutely feel subtly better after even just a few hours after the first dose. Who knows if its placebo, or just powerful brain energy or if the extracts are really just that good. But I'd recommend these to anyone who wanted mushroom supplements.

Three stars because I dont want to rate it too low since I couldn't test it longer than a week. These mushroom supplements gave me the most awful headache I've ever gotten from a tablet. I dont know why, but after 30 minutes I begin to get a headache that starts between my eyes and my forehead, then moves behind my eyes and to the back of my head. I have to remove my hair tie and lay down because the headache is so strong. I tried my first tablet on a Monday and initially thought it was a headache from the sunlight since I get migrains from light sensitivity. The next day I had a headache again. Im used to taking a lot of Tylenol at work, so it wasnt so bad. However, on Saturday dont take anything for pain and the headache was unbearable. I couldn't function all day from the pain and wasted my Saturday. That was a month ago and I thought I'd give them another shot just in case it was something else that gave me the headache. I took one this morning and the headache was so unbearable I wasted my day again. Lesson learned! I can't say if they helped or not because the headache was distracting. So im giving them a neural review. They may have helped but I can't say.

I’ve notice a huge difference in my husband. He used to get brain fog all the time, now he’s focused and less grumpy. Doesn’t really have a bad smell or taste . No complaints of digestive issues He feels the pills are very effective.
