Worth the price for the artwork!
There's positive and negative here, but I don't think it deserves all the flames it's getting. The "grabber" on the back is cheap, but it pops right off (I don't care for them, or beaters), cleanly, and you've got a nice 10" hand drum. The tuning's a little weird--with kind of a twang--because it's not tensioned like a Remo or such, but, hey, if they were all alike, there wouldn't be any reason to ever have more than one, and it's a good feel on sensitive fingertips. And, again, that Thunderbird graphic is way cool!

Smaller then advertised n cheaply made
Don’t waste your money if you actually want to use the drum. For decoration it’s good but for nothing else. Also, it’s a lot smaller than in the picture. I’m not very tall nor do I have big hands n I can almost cover the front with it.

Very pretty. Different size from picture
It has a very pretty desing but the picture with the girl holding it is not even close to the actual size 10". On the back it has the tree of life to hold it.

Smaller than thought but great sound
This is a lightweight easy to grip hand drum with a great sound for this small size. It is well made and a pleasant loud rhythmic note, so it will be perfect for drum circles and certain events.

This is a terrible item. Described as leather and wood it is plastic with some wood with a plastic drum surface. It is like a child’s toy. This is a misleading product

The drum is alright but not what is in the product listing for pictures and has a weird wooden trim around it that is kind of sharp, it sounds ok but I wouldn’t recommend anyone paying over 30 bucks for something that looks like it’s worth 10. I got it for my son and he has already seen it so I can’t just return it or I definitely would.
