Easy to use and the adhesive stays put for hours. No skin irritation. Helps to ease pain.

They work. And the odor is worth it!
I bought these after having several surgeries which left me with tight muscles in my back. My spouse would apply these to my back before going to bed, and they helped me sleep more comfortably than without. They definitely have a scent that made me not want to wear them when going out in public, but they definitely offered soothing relief.

Biofreeze is a classic winner
My favorite! Cold as heck when you apply it, but effective relief lasts all night. Try the lavender scented- you still smell biofreeze but there is a distinct lavender smell that’s really pleasant if you’re using it on your neck or shoulders. No sticky residue when you remove, and really nice to be able to dress immediately after application without worrying about clothing stains.

Excellent for back pain, wish the patch would last longer on back. After 2days patch needs to be replaced

Best muscle relief on the market
Best product ever. I use for muscle pains. I had rotator cuff surgery and reversed shoulder surgery and I used this for the pain for years. I rate it the most amazing product ever. I cut patch in half it stays on all day and isn’t sticky. Doesn’t really smell at all. And works!!!!

I've used BioFreeze products for years and they work really well. The only reason I gave a three-star review for this item is because I was sent EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!! I ordered these on February 12, 2024. When I received them and checked the expiration date, I was horrified to see that they had expired on February 7, 2024, A WEEK BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER!! I used them anyway and they provided some pain relief. From now on, I will purchase these in person from a store where I can see the expiration date! .
