10 inch elbow -what size elbow brace should I order?

Hello! I have a 10 inch elbow circumference and I ordered a Small. It is a good fit. I could probably have done okay with an X- Small if I wanted it Very snug but was afraid that would be uncomfortable and I would end up not using it. The Small has been fine and it helped heal my tennis elbow. I wore it day and night till I got better. Now I only wear it when I have to do yard work, etc.

I purchased this item yesterday (small) and received it today ..... I think I need the xtra small - how do I exchange them or email you about this?

Are these good for bursitis in the elbow and do they have extra pad in elbow area?

Doesn't have extra pad on elbow area. Not sure if it's good for bursitis but it's been excellent on my tendonitis.

What material are these made of?

I would call to spandex. Very well made and has adequate compression. It’s not thin and wimpy like other more expensive ones I have had
