This is definitely a very good backup option to keep for Go Pros. It holds a decent charge and since its a 2 pack, its even more handy as you dont have to keep finding charging spots every few hours while traveling.

I got these after my old blue GoPro batteries started bulging and not holding their charge very well. They do seem to have a longer run time, but I have not tested them in the extreme cold they are supposed to work very well in. Some folks say they "overheat" faster than the blue ones when shooting long videos, but I have not experienced that problem. They're made by GoPro, so they fit perfectly, just like the blue ones. 5-stars so far!

They are better than the blue batteries, thats for sure. Although still have the issue of not lasting as long as I feel they should. Full battery level will last about 2hrs during a time lapse...

I own a GoPro 11 Black and while I love using it, everybody knows the battery life on them isn't great. There's nothing worse than going out for a day of recording only to have your battery die in the middle of the day (or worse, discovering that your battery didn't charge at all!) I previously purchased a couple of "regular" (blue) batteries in an attempt to save money and the performance was not very good, especially with the new GoPro cameras. I ended up buying these and was not disappointed. I got the same performance as I did from the battery that came with my GoPro 11. I also purchased an external battery charger so that I can always have two fully charged batteries ready to go. I've been using these batteries for almost a year now and have no complaints. They've held up and perform exactly the same as the one that came with my camera.

Battery lasts longer than the original batteries that came with the GoPro 10 I bought. Didn’t have to change battery as often. Really glad I bought these new batteries.
