This book explains, in detail, the best practices for constructing garments. It shows examples of completed garments, being worn by a model, for each idea. For example, while discussing darts, there is a jacket pattern piece with a large front dart. The photo is a model wearing the jacket, and the dart is a design element, exposed and topstiched in contrasting thread. The garment is beautiful, the dart is in plain sight, the pattern piece is right on the same page, it is all very brilliant. Thanks to the authors for creating this book.
