Being autistic and having to wear diapers, these are actually a good product at a good price. I tend to flood suddenly because I can't sense that I need to go until it's already rushing out. These have handled my flooding and even when I have a release of waste, something the maximum absorbency store diapers can struggle with. I'm able to stay clean all night, throughout the day and enjoy playing, working or whatever with less interruptions due to a leaking diaper. They securely fit and have great leak guards. They do make some noise when moving around, but it's not super loud for a plastic backed diaper. The tabs are very beefy, can be adjusted to fit a wide variety of body types (something great for people with disabilities) and stick very well.

Extremely pleased with the fit and amazing capacity. Snug around the leg openings while comfortable and secure around my 40 inch waist. Plus, it's hard to argue with the price. I've found my perfect overnight diaper. 😍 Besides overnight protection these diapers make an excellent choice for long car rides, the movie theater, sporting event, concerts, etc. Granted, a MegaMax has greater capacity for extended wear, but these Sunkiss diapers offer plenty of protection with lower visible bulk.

The Sunkiss adult diapers are a great diaper for dealing with severe urinary incontinence. I ordered these to get by with, while waiting for my regular night-time diapers to arrive as delivery was a week late. This diaper is extremely comfortable. The overall cut of the diaper fits really well over the hips. There is not a bunch of access that hangs down the side. The outer shell is a bit thicker than most adult diapers, but is very comfortable against the skin, and has a little give when fasten snugly. The inner is supper soft and extremely absorbant. It wicks moisture well, but is not completely odor free. Though it has better odor control than most, once you get into the third wetting, there is a slight odor. The adhesive tapes and landing zone work great. love that they make it in pink as opposed to just white. but I would love to see a blue diaper and maybe few other colors. It's nice to have something other than medical diaper white, when using diapers is a medical requirement. If you are on the fence about this diaper give it a try. Update: Amazon did end up getting this diaper in blue. It performs just as well as the pink. I do think the odor control is better. Maybe Sunkiss has updated that part of their diapers? I don't know, but the odor control works a lot better than the last order in pink did. If you are looking for a good adult diaper for night-time needs definitely give these a try.

Quality for the price. For the price of this diaper I can tell you it is worth it. Quality is very good. Have not had any issues with tears or tape not sticking. Very absorbent as well

First and foremost yes, these are pretty much Megamaxes. They feel, wear, and absorb just like them. Can't confirm they buy from the same manufacturer and just obstain from putting tacky branding on them, but rest assured you will NOT leak at night, or even during the day. I wear 24/7 due to impaired interoception (I'm high functioning autistic) and can confidently say these are up to par with what I expect from an adult diaper. They do share one funny trait with the megas, and that is that mediums fit a little bit big. I'm a petit lady, weighing in at 135lbs and measuring in with a 29" waist, and the tapes have to stick to each other a bit in order for me to get the proper fit. Being ABDL as well, this is not a problem for me; bigger diapers feel nicer to wear as I dress around my disability, and they tend to be more absorbant. However if you don't like a slightly bigger fit and you are on the smaller end of the size scale like me, then size down one. TLDR: These are "off brand" Megamaxes and if you don't want to spend $45 for premium diapers, DO NOT HESITATE, THESE ARE 100% COMPARIBLE. They fit a little big but hold a TON of liquid!! These diapers are worth every penny.

Let's face it: talk about incontinence isn't something that has hit mainstream, but if you are reading this review, you must be or know one of the millions who wear an adult diaper regularly. I have been using the SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers with Tabs to manage my urinary issues for several months now. I discovered them when my usual brand raised prices significantly as part of the government tariffs, and since then these have become my primary daily product. While there are many different preferences, I really prefer a plastic-backed incontinence product (which this one is) because I find that the cloth-like backing tends to seep moisture through and just make me feel icky. These help my skin to feel dry after any amount of void. This product is robust enough to stop leaks and hold a large amount of urine without being too thick to remain comfortable. These diapers have very effective standing leak guards, elastic waistbands, and tend to fit my body a little better than other medium-size products. I find them to be comfortable - even for a little extended wear - and that there are no clumping or issues with the padding when wet. I am pleased that while there is some crinkle, it isn't excessive. I am very thankful that as an active adult, I do not have to worry about frequent changes or explain random wet spots on my clothes. Finally, the tapes are a nice size, larger than some other brands I have used, and hold well. I have yet to have one fail or pull away from the plastic backing. I find them easy to put on when laying down or standing up. Overall, these have a nice design, work well, and have a good price point. I recommend!

These adult nappies are amazing. They are extremely comfortable and absorbant, i have both bowel and bladder incontinence and they last me upto 12 hours without leaking. The colour is really nice and are perfect for use at night and during the day.

This is a carbon copy of Northshore Megamax (top 3 on the market), which leads me to think it’s the same manufacturer. Excellent overall, great fit, best absorption, very large sticky tapes, and elastics everywhere.
