Best emotions' wheel for toddlers
Lovely handy emotion wheel. My child was having a hard time with calming choice; we got this to teach different emotions. Within 2 days, all emotions were perfectly understood. The expression of the emotions in picture and colour code is just brilliant. Great value for money. The size is hand for little hands. It is also water proof, which make durability great. Perfect educational tool for teaching emotions.

Great for developing emotional literacy.
As a Nursery Practitioner I am always excited to be offered for review any toys and resources which I can share with the children in my 2 - 3 playroom. This set of emotion cards are great for exploring our feelings. I like the fact they are strung on a lanyard as they can be worn daily and used as a visual prompt and communication link. The fan is pretty simple, which is perfect for the age I work with, featuring coloured faces with expressions and a written explanation - Happy, Sad, Scared etc. These are useful for children who cannot or choose not to use their words to express how they feel, and are useful for children who have English as a foreign language. The colours link nicely to the emotions - red for angry, blue for sad and so on. I would use these alongside the book "The Colour Monster" to explore our emotions and develop an awareness of the feelings of others. Supplied by a small UK based business, these are a really valuable resource which I am very happy with.

A great therapy tool
I got these to work with neurodiverse children and those who are on the Autistic spectrum as some prefer to communicate feelings using visual symbols. the children like them as the colours and symbols are great and the fan is easy to carry and use. Overall, they are great value for money and a useful tool.

Great to help with communication
My daughter struggles with her emotions and communication at school and home so I thought this fan would be a great way to help her explain her feelings to teachers etc when things were getting on top of her. It is an emotions fan, that has a range of different emotions and emoji faces that are attached to a lanyard to help her to carry it around when she needs it. The lanyard has a quick release clasp so great safety feature to reduce risk of it snagging around her neck. They feel fairly strong laminated plastic, but don't have any sharp edges etc. My daughter likes the bright colours and simple emotion pictures and has found it useful to explain her mood to her teachers etc when she doesn't know how to put it into words. Very useful for different activities.

Great communication tool
Great communication tool for home or school. Perfect resource for non-verbal children or children who find it hard to communicate how they are feeling. It's a compact little fan of emotions covering a wide range of feelings. There's a lanyard attached so that either children or adults can have the fan close to hand to be able to communicate or help communicate emotions. The fan is laminated card so easy to wipe clean.

Overall a great educational toy
This product is, overall, a great idea for both role-playing and learning about emotions and colours. It is double laminated, so holds up well against getting slightly wet (e.g. if your little one puts it in their mouth), however it does still get crumpled if your child tries to fold it crease it. It displays a good range of positive and negative emotions and tries to match the emotions to appropriate colours (e.g. 'sad' is blue, as in 'feeling blue'). However, the 'excited' and 'scared' faces look very similar which could be confusing for small children. I would personally have preferred the 'excited' face to have a wide open happy mouth, rather than just looking shocked/scared. The included lanyard makes it possible for your child to wear the fan around their neck for easy accessibility but obviously it's recommended to remove this if your little one is very young and/or likely to end up being hurt by it. Overall, it's a great idea and provides lots of educational fun. Happy to recommend.

Bright, clear and easy to clean
This is a nice set of emotion symbols. Bright colours and clear expressions and words. Can be wiped clean and comes with a metal clip and lanyard. I ordered these to use with someone who has a cognitive deficit and limited verbal skills. They were well recieved and used to good effect. In my view its worth the money.
