How well does it deal with rain?

As far as drying it off, it should be very easy due to the material that the seat is made of. Pushing it in rain is no problem unless there would be water above the wheels on the ground from a heavy rain. I don't think it would do well in Mudd, though I've never tried using it in muddy conditions.
