Are the mop heads easy to remove and machine wash?

i'm wondering.if you wash the mop heads in washer doesn't it take the cleaner out of them thats in them when you buy them?

Is there a plug to drain the bucket?

No but that would be a great feature.

Thick enough to pick up dog pee?

The pads are thick and absorbent.
