Perfect replacement for OEM
Very happy with my purchase. Perfect replacement for my stock 2000 Vstar 1100 fuel petcock. Didnโt store it right for the winter and my whole tank rusted so I had to do a whole repair of my fuel system (tanks, carb etc). This was a perfect replacement for my stock petcock and after 6 months, I have had no leaks or any issues. The straw for the reserve fuel is a different amount though so make sure u check the length relative to your stock reserve straw!

Quality- Top Notch, Fit - Perfect
I almost ended up stranded because my old stock petcock valve wasn't working properly. First, it failed to switch over to reserve, and then later, when I went to pull the tank off to clean my carbs, it wouldn't shut the fuel off at all. I ended up having to drain the entire gas tank just to work on the bike. I ordered this replacement and it's been great so far. The quality is surprisingly good and doesn't feel cheap at all. Best of all, the actual valve handle is much smoother and easier to switch between positions than my original one was. One thing worth noting is that the internal standpipe seems to be just a little bit taller than stock. Because of that, you'll have to switch over to reserve a bit earlier than you might be used to, but that's actually a plus since it leaves you with a bigger fuel safety margin in reserve! It was super easy to install, fits perfectly, and there are zero leaks. Definitely a life saver if your factory petcock is starting to go!

It was a perfect replacement for the original one that was in it. Easy to install come with all proper hardware. Outstanding Part and easy to install. Definitely recommend

Didn't have to take tank off to install
It looked different then original...long tube on on side whrte it didnt have on original. I think it will just switch to reserve tank faster ..idk but was a perfect fit and stopped dripping gas. Only a day but working great so far. Tested bike ran fine. Will update if needed
