Good product , Mobility is good. Very handy and useful . But it could have been made more sturdy by using better quility pipe ( Steel ) as it carries heavy load and wheel too is not good. Could have used ball wheel. Makers can come up with more sturdy option with bit higher price. It will be better for their longer brand value.

Chances are you will get a used product. I bought this product, received a defective piece. Sent for replacement... got a used piece that was heavily scratched and only had 2 out of the 8 bolts. Didn't even come in proper packaging, just some ripped up cardboard wrapped around with a lot of tape.
