Can it convert the frequency from 50Hz to 60Hz?

No. Only the voltage is changed, not the frequency, but it has no effect on most appliances.

Can I use it in Europe?

Yes. But the transformer is equipped with an US power cord, if used in EU you will need a plug adapter.

Can 110V socket and 220V socket be used at the same time?

Yes. All sockets can output at the sametime. The sockets are not independent, make sure that their combined power does not exceed the transformer.

Does it have any noise or burnt smell?

No. Quiet operation and no burnt smell even at full load.

Will this work for my appliance?

This depends on how many watts of power you are using in your appliances. Some appliances, such as heating appliances, power tools, coffee maker, laser printers, require 2-4 times more watts at start up than the printed rated wattage.

El dispositivo llegó a tiempo y funciona muy bien. Es muy recomendable, pero el precio podría ser un poco más bajo.
