Good product
Serves the purpose. Easy to use, easy to clean. Wire length should have been more. Lower part should have handle, only with one handle at the upper flap is not easy to handle when hot. Toasting is equally spread, can fit two pairs of standard size bread. For bigger sandwich breads the cavity is small. Good for home use. Another point: I have not faced any hassle in registration of extended warranty. But it is slow. Today 6 th March 26, I have received the softcopy of the extended warranty which I purchased on 22nd January 26.

Very good, fast and compact griller
Incredible product, grills sandwiches instantly and evenly. Cut off function keeps the food safe from burning but keeps it warm at the same time.

awful smell when trying to turn it on, plus order seemed to be used before. Returned it on the spot. quality looks bad, better spend bit more money on quality brand for these kinds of equipment.
