How long till the fingers blow out?

the leather is pretty good, it's the other material on the back of the fingers that falls apart.

how many pairs are in the package and what is the size?

5 pairs (10 gloves, 5 left, 5 right). These are the standard leather work glove. A pair usually lasts me 6 months for home garden use. They do have an odor when they are new. If it bothers you, use a garden hose to wash them down and let them dry in the sun.

I'm 6'5 and 225 pounds, good sized hands, not unusual fo rmy size: are these large size gloves big enougth, maybe oversized?
