Love these. They fit well and are easy to adjust. I got the large size as I already had a different pair that were on the smaller side and fit closer to the size of my hand. I like the large Sporti paddle as there is much more surface area and it really does build strength. You can really feel the pull and it definitely creates a slower stroke cadence per lap. That said, I love pairing the Sporti large size with the smaller pair that I have. The smaller size still creates some pull, but allows me to go at a faster stroke cadence. Bottom line, pairing a small pair with this larger pair will really create a great workout. It creates nice muscle confusion. Just don't overdo it as you need to be careful with your shoulders when using paddles. This is very simple technology that really does its job very well.

I’ve only used the paddles once but they worked great. My speed slowed and my strokes were more deliberate It took a few laps to get use to them and figure out the stroke pattern but they felt great after awhile. I look forward to using them to increase my strength.
