For $7 this slicer is wonderful. It has a metal core rod with steady plastic clips securing the rod and handle together. I found it easy to twist and keep straight. The whole process was a breeze and much cheaper than store bought and much cleaner than using a knife. I can’t speak to longevity but so far it’s terrific.

These are inexpensive & work well. Too early to tell how long they will last but already saved $$ by using this on fresh pineapples as opposed to buying pre cut ones.

This pineapple corer is super easy to use. I have a hard time holding my hand closed and this pineapple corer worked perfect. Just cut off the top and put the device on top of the pineapple in the center and with a little bit of downward pressure all you have to do is just turn the device and then you have nice even pineapple pieces. Plus it was fun to see it spiral the pineapple.

We love pineapple and before I would have to cut the pineapple up and divide this tool does the work for you I would definitely recommend

Wonderful little gadget to core and cut pineapple slices. No more asking at the store to cut my pineapples when I can do it at home in less then 5 minutes with this tool. Easy to use, easy to cleanup up. Made well and sharp, it slides through the pineapple like butter. I just cored a pineapple this evening. It also leaves behind the pineapple shell so you can make pineapple filled drinks for parties too. Best gadget purchase EVER!

This makes really great spiraled pineapple but there are a lot of pieces with the core. I've used this on 4 pineapples and still had to use a knife to cut out the hard parts.
