My wife is a severe tooth grinder. How severe? She has had to have a had plastic dental bite guard replaced and she has broken crowns! Yeah, that’s some serious money. I thought that I would get one of these and try let her try it. So far, it is working better than a bite guard from the dentist and we will have to wait and see how her crowns fare, but with the thickness of this mouth guard, there is no way her teeth can grind against each other. Will it withstand her abuse? Time will tell on that, but she is very happy with it so far. We followed the fitting instructions to the letter and are very happy.

I got this for "daily" (I wish) BJJ training. It molds properly like other 'guards. It's a little hard to understand my speech while I'm wearing it but that's not the point. It protects my teeth.

Buen bucal, el grosor es bueno y protege bien, puedes hablar y respirar bien, no se cae. Lo unico medio es la sujeción, no se cae, pero con un poco de empujón con tu lengua si se cae, no se cae por golpes ni nada, pero eso no me gusta tanto.

I was accidentally elbowed in the mouth within the first week of training BJJ. This month guard lets me train hard and not have to worry about it happening again. The fitting process is easy once it arrives. It’s not super thin, but really nice to have a sense of protection.
