Good Fit Amazon delivery terrible.
These domes fit just fine. However Amazon deliver was 2 days later than what it supposed to be. $119.00 is too much to pay for when you don't get items as scheduled but yet they email me cpmplaning about about my returns. Best to use Walmart for $98.00.

Good Sound Isolation
Better isolation from background noise which improves hearing.

Nope.
Did not work for me. The click domes that came with my Signia hearing aids have a hard plastic center piece that “clicks” into place firmly. These domes do not have that hard center and the domes slide easily on and off. The first one I tried came off in my ear and had to be fished out either tweezers

WORK PERFECTLY
Bought a used Phonak Audeo III hearing aid came with no ear canal fitting silicone piece-This fit the bill.
